Trade center “Europeiskii” [European, Kievskaya sq., Moscow]

Trade center “Europeiskii” is a seven-storey building and has total area of 180 000 m². Meters. It has 160 boutiques and shops, 10 restaurants and 9 cinema halls.
Area of underground parking is designed for 2500 cars.
All HVAC systems of the building are controlled and monitored with help of ALC BMS system. Automation of the building is made on open Bacnet protocol. Integration of third-party vendors in made via Lon and Modbus protocols.

Objects which are controlled and monitored by ALC BMS.

• 50 air handling units;
• More then 600 fancoils;
• 12 Carrier Chillers of total capacity of 14MW
• Integrated via LON heating transfer station;
• Тепловые завесы и подогрев полов;
• Lighting;
• Electric and water meters of tenants;
• Pump and draining systems;

Total amount of datapoints is more than 4000.

Federation tower complex, Cooling station

Federation tower complex in at the moment is one of the highest building in Europe. Complex consist of 2 towers:

• Tower А: 85 storey, 340 m high
• Tower B: 57 storey, 240 m high

Total area of two towers in more then 400 000 m². Towers will have office part, residential part and hotel.
Each of Baltimore Evaporative Coolers has sophisticated design, including fans, pumps, heating elements, feeding valves and frequency drives, temperature sensors, level sensors and thermostats.
Automated logic controllers control all the parts of  cooling towers and are connected via Bacnet network which enables all 8 cooling towers work as one Cooling station. On the object installed 7 Carrier Chillers 19XR Evergreen® of total capacity 5МВт and 8 units of Baltimore Evaporative Coolers.

Business center “Legion I” [B. Ordinka str., Moscow]

Business center “Legion I” located in Ordinka street is a modern business center.  Ten-story building has original design and belong to an A Class buildings.
Business center features big atrium and has underground parking, fitted out with modern security systems.
Total area of the building 60000 m², tenants occupy 44 277 m².
Control and monitoring of 9 chillers (4 chillers integrated to the building automation system through LanWorks bus), 4 dry colliers and lighting control in server rooms is made on automation system of Automated Logic (Carrier).

Tatneft office building [Almetievsk city, Lenina street building 15]

Number of floors: 7. Total square area of the building: 8000 m². Control and monitoring of air-handling units is made on automation system of Automated Logic Carrier).
